v0.9.1

Nothing changes for teachers since 0.9.0. This version only fixes a check that stopped 0.9.0's release page from being published.

Update: quit Staffroom, run uv tool upgrade staffroom in Terminal, and open it again (Updating covers a copy installed from a release tag). New to Staffroom? Start with Install.

Fixed

• The changelog site test no longer expects an Unreleased fold right after a release, when that section is empty; this failure kept the 0.9.0 GitHub Release from being built.
