Changes

  1. Fix: Status bar did not refresh immediately after language switch. Added InvalidateRect + UpdateWindow to on_menu_lang; switch now takes effect instantly.
  2. Improvement: On first launch before sync, bottom-right shows --:-- (indicates no sync yet, not 00:00).
  3. Adjustment: RTT > 500ms highlight color changed from (240,140,60) to (255,165,0) (#FFA500).
  4. Version: 1.1.0 → 1.1.1 (About dialog and exe properties updated).
