What it does

Scaffy generates a .collab/ workspace with:

• collab-contract.md — agent rules and session protocols
• kanban-board.md — task tracking source of truth
• context.md — stable project facts
• project.yaml — machine-readable metadata
• initial-prompt.md — first-session onboarding prompt
• ideas/ — persistent idea incubator
• session-summaries/ — session logs
• git-management/ — VCS templates

Supports GitHub and GitLab platform templates, multiple governance modes, license selection, and Claude/Codex/Gemini agent instruction files.

Requirements

• Python 3.9+ (CLI) — uses zoneinfo (stdlib since 3.9)
• On some minimal Linux/Windows systems: pip install tzdata
• Windows EXE: no requirements
