First release of ABC Book — a free Shopify theme for bookshops and publishers.

Ported from the Colorlib ABC Book HTML template onto Shopify's theme-blocks architecture, sharing its foundation with Furn and Fashe.

Install: download abcbook-shopify-theme.zip below, then Online Store → Themes → Add theme → Upload zip file. Do not unzip it first.

Built for selling books

• Vendor is the author and reviews.rating drives the stars, both on cards and the product page.
• Portrait covers — card images ship at tall (2:3), the shape a book actually is.
• Genre tabs on the homepage, rendered server-side, with the full ARIA tabs pattern.
• New star_color setting so ratings are not stuck at body-text grey.

• 19 JSON templates, 40 sections, 14 blocks, 18 snippets.
• Two asset files, no build step, no framework, no jQuery, no CDN dependency.
• English only; both locale files are complete and fully keyed.
