Added '+' pattern match, added 'cmdline-sub' commandline rewrite system, added history bars

Added the '+' (match one or more of the previous match) pattern match. Added 'cmdline-sub ' to rewrite any 'this' on the command-line to 'that'. Added 'historybars' that allow calling back the last 10 entered lines to be edited and re-entered (allowing command-line history for apps that lack this). Numerous other improvements to better handle terminal output from curses-based programs
