ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'comfy_aimdo'

I'm running ComfyUI through RunPod, but no matter what I try, I keep getting this error. At one point, I managed to install comfy_aimbo, but then cuda-malloc caused issues and couldn’t be installed.

Has anyone found a fix for this? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

For those wondering, I managed to fix it. I spent so much time trying to fix it, and it's the worlds easiest fix... SMH. I'm not a coder, clearly lol.

Go to terminal and type "pip install comfy-aimdo==0.1.7"

It just needs to be updated to 0.1.7, and it'll work fine.

What about when we already have that installed and its still not working.

I got the same error on Windows 11. All I did to fix the error was run X:\ComfyUI_windows_portable\update\update_comfyui.bat

This solved it for me as well after the error started happening after a recent update

check your virtuel envoironments, where you may have installed the deps for ComfyUI! It is possible that you are trying to start the application in your live env, but you installed the deps etc. in a venv for comfyui. In this case(s) the update script has installed all deps into your live/real system... and because you are launching comfyui wrong, and the deps are in the wrong system now, you are able to run it! :D :(

Any updates on this? This is what I get after the fix @theshadowman2000 provided. I am in Windows 10, I'm not using a portable version of ComfyUI. I still cannot launch the app after updating and all the weird comfy_aimdo errors that preceded. Is there any fix yet? Otherwise I'll probably just have to uninstall and reinstall, or use a different program entirely (ComfyUI breaks about every 2 seconds anyway):
