Clicking Download or Download All for missing models NOT working

Custom Node Testing

• I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see how to disable custom nodes if you need help)

Expected Behavior

The GUI should download the missing model like it has done in the past.

Actual Behavior

Clicking Download or Download All does not do anything.

Steps to Reproduce

I tried video_wan_dancer and qwen_image_edit, neither are working

This may be template-dependent. I've tried several templates and in many cases when missing models have been reported I click on download all, the missing models are added to the In Progress list and they download.

But in some models -- image_hidream_o1_dev is an example -- clicking on download all puts them in the list but immediately marks them as cancelled:

I check the URL -- https://huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/HiDream-O1-Image/blob/main/checkpoints/hidream_o1_image_dev_fp8_scaled.safetensors -- the page exists but that's not the actual download link. The actual download link is https://huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/HiDream-O1-Image/resolve/main/checkpoints/hidream_o1_image_dev_fp8_scaled.safetensors?download=true.

I'm wondering, should the template include the ?download=true in the URL, or should it be the job of the download manager to insert that?
