Uninstalling the ComfyUI Desktop app does not clean all of its AppData #8992

Description

@ImagineerNL

Custom Node Testing

Expected Behavior

I had a fresh try of ComfyDesktop on a new machine, now switching back to the portable version and trying to uninstall the Desktop app.
I expected to be able to remove ComfyUI with as little of the original install remaining, while still being able to keep some things like settings, models and custom nodes.

I would have expected to be given a popup with some sort of message of what will and will not be removed, maybe preceded with a checkbox to enable disable the deletion of 'only comfyUI' , 'Custom_nodes', 'Models' , 'settings'

Actual Behavior

What actually happened is, visually.... nothing.
After a few minutes of nothing and thinking 'did i click correct?' ComfyUI Desktop was removed from the list of installed apps.
The installed directory remained, together with a bunch of folders. (no complaints on those remaining)

However, I also noticed that in C:\Users\<user>\Appdata both in Local as well as in Roaming still plenty of files and folders remain, e.g.
Local:

- @comfyorgcomfyui-electron-updater
- \Programs\@comfyorgcomfyui-electron
- \uv

Roaming:

- \ComfyUI
- \Ultralytics
- \uv

And maybe others that i dont immediately recognise.

Steps to Reproduce

Do a fresh install on a new windows machine of ComfyUI desktop.
Run ComfyUI at least once.
Uninstall ComfyUI desktop via the Apps&Features / Installed Apps Windows menu.
Confirm that theres no visual feedback of the process, (not even a command terminal activity)
Confirm some folders remain in the install location
Confirm mentioned folders remain in C:\Users\<user>\Appdata both in Local as well as in Roaming
