Custom Node Testing

• I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see how to disable custom nodes if you need help)

Expected Behavior

the answer is obvious

Actual Behavior

The drag-and-drop function does not work for either the workflow graph or the metadata in images. Opening these graphs simply does not work. The interface does not respond to attempts to open the graph or the Media metadata.

I'm looking at this and Comfy-Org/ComfyUI#11246 ... why have the drag & drop functionality and import/upload options simply vanished? Not seeing any relevant log output but then I'm not well-versed in how this application works.

Can you provide the images or links from which you are dragging?

actually, drag & drop is working fine for me now, however, didn't there used to be an option to import/load via this menu? Maybe I'm losing my mind. Sorry to intrude in this thread.

Just try dragging any image (with or without metadata) into the Desktop UI (not the web UI) window and you'll see that the drag-and-drop functionality is unavailable. This started with the December update and apparently is still the case.

Suddenly doesn't work for me as well. I have changed my GPU, so reinstalled whole ComfyUI to finish installation correctly. And drag and drop doesn't work as a result... Where are alternatives? I can't find anything.
As additional info I would say I'm on Ubuntu and updated it as well. So, the problem may be in another place potentially.

Actually, it was a problem of Ubuntu. Firefox from snap, don't work properly. Replaced it with a debian package from mozilla repository - everything works. (Wayland problem specifically as DragNDrop works under Xorg).

Same here: I am using Ubuntu 24 and tried with Chgrome and Edge. Only workaround was to downgrade the UI to version 1.42.15
