Change default port

Hi,

I have installed the app and run it without problem on Mac OS until I installed another service on the port 8000.
I need to keep this service on 8000 so I try to launch the comfy App again on another port.
Is it possible to do it ?

Yes, you can change the default port for the ComfyUI desktop app. There isn’t a setting in the app’s interface, but you have two options:

1. Set the COMFY_PORT environment variable before launching the app. For example, in Terminal you can run:

COMFY_PORT=9000 open /Applications/ComfyUI.app

Replace 9000 with your desired port.

2. Edit the comfy.settings.json file (usually found in your user config directory) and add or update the port under "Comfy.Server.LaunchArgs", like:

}

The app will try to use the port you specify, or the next available one if that port is in use. There’s no UI for this, so it’s a manual change.
