v1.3.0
v1.3.0
Tailwind CSS v4 migration plus guided-view, library and styling fixes.
Changed
- Tailwind CSS v3 → v4 (build): the engine moves to
tailwindcss4.3.3
with the new@tailwindcss/clipackage. Configuration is now CSS-first
(styles/tailwind.css;tailwind.config.jsremoved) and the markup uses
v4 utility names (shadow-xs,bg-<color>/NN,shrink-0,
bg-linear-to-r, ...), with values verified against the v3 stylesheet. - Browser support floor (compat): Tailwind v4 requires Safari 16.4+,
Chrome 111+, Firefox 128+ (or equivalent). Earlier browsers will not
render styles correctly.
Added
- Guided view zoom improvements (reader): dialogue bubbles magnify 3.2×
with width clamping to avoid clipping text; full-width panels (≥ 1.35×
base scale) zoom with an adaptive overlay height that eliminates black
voids. - Manga speech-bubble detection (guided view): a dedicated ONNX speech
bubble detector now runs for manga mode, with detected bubbles persisted
to the guided-view sidecar. - Sidecar lifecycle management (guided view):
<id>.jsonsidecars are
migrated and synced when a comic is renamed or its folder is moved (in-app
and on disk), corrupted sidecars are cleaned up, and missing guided-view
generation is auto-queued.
Fixed
- Unbounded reading-lists refetch (library): with zero reading lists,
the filter-count refresh and the list cache re-triggered each other in a
loop (~200 req/s ofGET /api/v1/reading-lists) that drained the server
rate limiter. An in-flight guard plus a loaded flag stop the loop, while
explicit refetches (Reading Lists modal, mutations) still work. - Border and focus-outline parity under Tailwind v4 (style): v4's
outline-nonedrops v3's transparent 2px fallback used in forced-colours
mode, so all 25 focus sites now useoutline-hidden; a base-layer shim
restores v3's gray-200 default border colour.
All changes passed the full test suite (71 suites / 528 tests) before
release.
