…patcher shape Bumps the comline-codegen-typescript pin to comline-typescript 70b617d (generates <Proto>Client / <Proto>Dispatcher / serve<Proto> against @comline/runtime) and re-blesses protocol/typescript.ts. The fixture's IR_HASH matches the Rust golden's — the canonical digest is language-neutral.
