Summary

cmd doesn't report session ID, which apparently degrades the usage with OpenCode Go BYOK.
got this email: "Some of your requests to OpenCode Go are missing an x-opencode-session header."

Expected Behavior

to report session ID, x-opencode-session header.

Actual Behavior

doesn't report session ID

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. use OpenCode GO BYOK with cmd
2. start any session and use the harness
