feat: stop upptime from wiping our custom design every time it auto-deploys - #13

Every time upptime's site workflow ran, it rebuilt the status page from scratch and overwrote whatever design changes we'd made directly on the gh-pages branch, so someone had to keep manually re-applying the design after every bot commit. Turns out upptime copies anything in assets/ straight into the built site, and .upptimerc.yml can inject custom CSS/JS through it. So instead of hand-editing the generated output, our global.css, theme colors, and the status-icon-fix script now live in assets/ and get pulled in on every rebuild automatically - no more manual restoring after each deploy.
