Fixed a case where the UI would get into a resize loop because of the scrollbar automatically appearing.
Removed the fixed get_datetime tool usage instruction because it might cause some models to call it repeatedly, you might need to remind it to use the tool if it needs the date or time.

Use the CUDA backend plugin from the R29 release if required, place the files in the LM Stud folder.
