END GAME VOICE INPUT UPDATE!

Ahem... Excuse the large text, I know the voice input has been rather crap till now but that is coming to an end with this HUGE update to the speech transcription and voice activation!
Added a configurable delay for auto generation when using speech input.
Added an AutoScroll checkbox so you can turn off that bloody autoscroll!
Improved Basic VAD but i highly recommend using the Whisper VAD.

Updated Llama.cpp to b6258, i've now separated the CUDA binaries into a separate download so you dont have to download them again.

Updated this release because transcription editing was starting without voice input enabled.
