Misc fixes needed to start C;C (#22)

* Compile minilua impl as C

At least under Fedora with clang, the build fails
without this change.

* Fix inability to parse CC profile due to incorrect formatting

* Back out of video playback instead of crashing when video fails to open

* Fix compilation of audio subsystem under clang

* Fix off-by-one in flags

clang ASAN found an out-of-bounds write here
when trying to run C;C.

* Fix various bugs in profile.cpp

* strings without valid \0-termination, leading
to out-of-bounds read detected by clang ASAN

* Passing of the script's contents instead of name
as the buffer name to the Lua interpreter
