Tables updated: labs, patient_assessments.

New

  • improve lab_category coverage in the labs table by adding basophils_percent, basophils_absolute, lymphocytes_absolute, eosinophils_absolute, neutrophils_absolute, monocytes_absolute and expanding capture of wbc.

  • add patient_assessments_raw_gcs supplemental table with non-imputed GCS scores taken directly from chartevents. See ISSUESLOG for details on the difference from the imputed GCS in patient_assessments.
