First public release.

The ui-verifier-mobile:ui-verifier-mobile agent verifies UI changes in a running React Native app against a checklist: drives the simulator or emulator with agent-device, measures what it sees, and returns a pass/fail report with screenshots. Never modifies code.

Requires the agent-device CLI 0.21.15 or newer and its skill:
