Hi,
I'm going to do some tests on a Windows machine tomorrow for the index offsets for the indexedMzml (and validate it with the proteowizard validator). I did a couple of tests with the new stream mzML writing and for small files, the performance is similar as the old way but for bigger RAW files, it's faster (and it uses less memory of course). I've removed the mzspec for the spectrum title and changed the cmd params a little bit:
-f, --format=VALUE The output format for the spectra (0 for MGF, 1
for mzMl, 2 for indexed mzML, 3 for Parquet, 4
for MGF with profile data excluded)
