New features:
New Notes section in the sidebar with a tree (chevrons expand/collapse, full path on hover)
- folder icon in the section header → prompts for a name, supports a/b/c nesting
Alt+click a folder to make it the active target — new notes/todos from the sidebar quick actions go there
Right-click folder: New note here / New todo here / New subfolder / Reveal / Rename / Delete
Right-click file now also has "Move to folder…" which opens a folder picker modal that blocks moves into self/descendants

Tree refreshes after every edit
