Remove legacy CI/CD files and reorganize contrib scripts - Delete outdated/unused CI configurations (.travis.yml, .gitlab-ci.yml, .github/workflows/komodo_win_ci.yml, etc.) - Remove unused files (Dockerfile, Brewfile, INSTALL, etc.) - Move migratecoin.sh and toolchain-info.sh to contrib/ directory - Clean up binary files like AUTH_KEY.json.enc
