Concourse v0.1.0

Concourse v0.1.0 is the first public open-source baseline of the local-first learning suite.

Highlights:

• Browser and Tauri desktop shells over the same modular application facade.
• Today, Routes, Loop retrieval practice, Transfer pack management, Progress, profile, and settings flows.
• Reusable learning-pack contracts and SDK packages with deterministic archives, canonical hashing, release diffs, bounded reads, and atomic installs.
• Fictional demo learner data with no personal profile embedded in the public tree.
• MIT-licensed software and a CC BY 4.0 Logic Foundations learning pack.

Verification:

• 406 TypeScript tests and 12 Rust tests pass.
• Ubuntu web/package CI and Windows desktop-core CI pass on main.
• Production browser smoke passes with no console exceptions.
• The Windows production app and NSIS installer build successfully.

Downloads:

• Concourse_0.1.0_x64-setup.exe is an unsigned Windows x64 preview build. Windows SmartScreen may warn because the installer is not code-signed.
• logic-foundations-1.0.0.learntpack is a validated course pack with 44 concepts, 144 learning items, 88 resources, and 26 study sets.
