Fix dedicated server ports and POD join flow.

  • Dynamic UDP/TCP ports 9600-9700 and HTTP ports 8081-8181.
  • Allocated ports stored in DB and used for POD join.
  • POD join now sends carAcId, track, trackLayout, serverName, httpPort.
  • Frontend join modal allows car selection.
  • Better AC path detection and server process alive check.
  • Multi-server process tracking.
