WRITE: Tokenomics article

Regarding the topic of tokenomics in our docs, we don't currently have a specific section for that. What we have is an article for [Validation](https://docs.concordium.com/en/mainnet/docs/protocol/concepts-baker.html) and one for [Delgation](https://docs.concordium.com/en/mainnet/docs/protocol/concepts-delegation.html).<br>There is a need for a proper page explaining the tokenomics.
