Closing as stale — opentalk diff would flip licence to EUPL-1.2 prematurely (other 3 have empty diffs). Fleet stays on |

Revert EUPL-1.2 to agpl - Nextcloud App Store does not accept EUPL-1.2, causing HTTP 400 on release uploads.
