This is a minor bugfix to do with polygon editing; nothing major has been added.

• Bundled atlas.naissance with this version for easier editing upon startup.
  • An additional webviewer has been opened up for Atlas at [Confoederatio Dataview].
• Fixed Layer masking bugs due to an Object map refactor.
• Opened a new experimental multithreading branch relying on .naissance.ndjson file extensions, it can be experimented with in the Collation dev build (2026-multithreading).
