(29 July 2026). 01:34GMT. Stable Release.
Note that although this release is stable, some of the UI/UX may prove janky due to the number of features added. Despite this laundry list, we have chosen to place this as a minor patch since we are preparing for a release candidate in future updates, and we were unable to fit in everything we wanted, so future updates have been staged.
- Added full 3D support with Three.JS integration by default. GLTF animation states and GL shaders are now supported.
- Added naissance.GeometryLabelEditor. This is still something of a beta feature, but allows for the following:
- Curved 3D labels with constant map sizes. If you have highly custom labels, this is the current tool to use.
- Custom symbols and overrides per label.
- Added 4D georeferencing (naissance.GeometryMedia):
- Crop Brushes/Masks tied to symbol to allow for flexible video masking. Note that this is not a rectangular crop, but rather an override brush.
- Ctrl + Left Arrow/Right Arrow can be used to jump a number of frames.
- Georeferencing is done live using draggable nodes, although control points/extent can also be manually inputted in [Lng, Lat] form.
- Media can be either 2D, 2.5D, or 3D. They can also be stationary, or attached to time attributes (4D).
- Multiple videos or images can be synced to one another.
- Thin Plate Spline/Affine Triangle warp modes for both videos/images.
- Videos can have their timestamps synced to on-map dates.
- Added image/video editor for cropping, keyframing, and synchronisation.
- Bugfix: Features are deselected when deleted.
- Bugfix: Hidden features now persist across sessions.
- Bugfix: Opacity should now properly update when hiding/showing Features.
- Bugfix: Lines and Points now correctly delete.
- Bugfix: Projections are now properly applied to vectors.
- Ergonomic changes:
- Draw label behaviour should now be consistent across geometries.
- Lines should no longer have awkward selections in normal brush modes.
- Naissance is now a part of Unitel, meaning that betas are now stored over Confoederatio Datavault, rather than informal Google/Proton Drive mirrors.
- Vercengen has been updated:
- Tooltips now have default width constraints. This can be changed as a part of Telestyle.
- Updated Geospatiale to be more reliable.
- ve.Time now allows for hh:mm:ss input.
