Bugfix and optimisation update.
- Bugfix: TileLayer glitches with Maptiler; added presets for Yandex.
- Bugfix: Timelapse ticks and ve.DateLength should now work properly.
- Increased memory limit for Naissance, allowing for larger savefiles to be loaded.
- Savefiles should now be further compressed than they currently are, with legacy handling.
