Fixed: setup could loop and open SpecDrive several times. On a Mac without Node installed, SpecDrive stands in for it. The instruction that makes it behave as an engine rather than an app was missing from the agent's configuration, so each attempt opened another SpecDrive window and the link never answered — the agent kept saying "installed, start a new chat", forever. The configuration is now written correctly for every agent, Codex CLI included, a broken entry is repaired instead of stacked, and the app tells you plainly to quit and relaunch your agent rather than open a new chat.

"Done" is now checked, not believed. A step cannot be marked finished on a written claim: the board runs the step's own command itself and records the real exit code, a test that already passed before the work is refused, every acceptance scenario must get a result, and the code has to have actually changed. An independent review can no longer be done by the session that built. A "Check it for real" button lets you re-run every check yourself.

Houses (folders) can hold other houses. A company, then its teams, then their projects. Rules stack down the line and the closest one wins. Rules are now read and edited like a page of documentation, one card at a time.

Also: the build reads as a numbered list of blocks with their sub-steps, screens open full size in a window, a prompt to come back to the specs at any time, and a calmer sidebar, settings and top bar.
