Fix Google Translate proxy loops

Patch release v0.1.2 fixes the real-world failure observed when translating Spanish Wikipedia in Brave.

Fixed

  • Recognizes Google Translate's *.translate.goog proxy pages
  • Prevents already translated pages from being sent through Google Translate a second time
  • Preserves normal handling for unrelated domains

Validation

  • Manifest V3 0.1.2 validation passed
  • 6/6 automated tests passed
  • Pull-request and post-merge GitHub Actions passed
  • ZIP package integrity passed
