Changed

  • Packaging metadata points at the new owning org. The project URLs
    (Repository/Homepage/Issues) now target Consiliency/pmcp following the
    GitHub repository transfer from ViperJuice/pmcp (the old URLs still redirect,
    but the PyPI project page linked to the stale location). No functional or API
    changes — this is a metadata-only patch. It also serves as the first release
    published from the new org, validating the trusted-publishing path end-to-end.
