- Raccoons slowness and weakness from being in open spaces is now shorter

Technical Changes
All dashes, and the frogs special jump, are now client side. This helps with these abilities occurring multiple times when lagging.

Mushboi
- Mushboi has been changed to Mushling
- Can no longer Implant while airborne
- Implant no longer works in water
- Implant now gives saturation rather than regeneration
- It's now actually impossible to move while using Implant
- Implant now only works on certain blocks. (Defined in tag "consularsorigins:soil_blocks")
- The health bar has a custom texture while using Implant.

Extra Technical Things
- The tags consularsorigins:swords, consularsorigins:pickaxes, and consularsorigins:axes are no longer used. They have been replaced with built in fabric tags, this should increase compatibility with other mods.

The umbrella caused several bugs. I playtest these things I promise.
Forgot to add the blue umbrella in the last update. Despite there still being full texture and model files for it. This caused several bugs, and I fixed all of them. Here's a list of them:
- The tag "consularsorigins:umbrellas" referenced the blue umbrella, despite it not actually existing. So, the tag was never loaded.
- I didn't notice the tag was being unloaded, so I wrote some terrible code that resulted in the vampire being able to block the sun with any object. Not just umbrellas.
- The terrible code also made any object in your offhand set you on fire sometimes.
