Cumulative maintenance release for the 2.10.16-2.11.1 fix train.

  • Private GitHub package origins can reuse an authenticated gh session; GHCR remains compatible with normal OCI credentials.
  • NixOS now has native flake and module integration.
  • Nested sandboxes retain required mount setup while the outer cpak policy remains active.
  • Concurrent store access, root package launches, and package version flags are corrected.
  • Userspace networking now refreshes the resolver after Wi-Fi or VPN changes without granting host networking.
  • CI covers amd64, arm64, QEMU, NixOS, compliance, SBOMs, signatures, and GitHub attestations.
