Extracts O(N) grouping calls into `useMemo` hooks to prevent recalculating table groups every time a local row toggle triggers a re-render.

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job! For more direct control, you can switch me to Reactive Mode. When this mode is on, I will only act on comments where you specifically mention me with New to Jules? Learn more at jules.google/docs. 💡 What: Memoized the
groupByLevelandgroupByTypederived state calculations inUsecaseTableandActorTablecomponents.🎯 Why: Both components manage internal state for tracking collapsed groups. Toggling a group triggers a component re-render, which was previously recalculating the entire O(N) grouping operation across the array of usecases or actors even though the underlying data hadn't changed.
📊 Impact: Prevents main-thread blocking during user interactions (expanding/collapsing). For a table of 100+ items, this guarantees instant visual feedback without redundant layout/compute overhead.
🔬 Measurement: Load the project page with a large number of use cases or actors. Profile performance while rapidly expanding/collapsing sections. Re-renders will only execute React reconciliation, bypassing the grouping functions entirely.
