Memoize `groupByLevel` and `groupByType` in `UsecaseTable` and `ActorTable` to prevent unnecessary O(N) array recalculations when toggling local UI collapse states.

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based credits. 🚦 How do rate limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan refill rate. For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, the refill rate gradually slows as usage increases. The highest same-day bursts are limited more strictly. 💡 What: Added
useMemohooks around the array grouping functions (groupByLevelandgroupByType) insideUsecaseTable.tsxandActorTable.tsx.🎯 Why: Previously, the grouping logic ran on every render. Toggling a single collapsible row (expanding/collapsing) updated local component state, which triggered a re-render and an unnecessary O(N) recalculation over the entire data set.
📊 Impact: Reduces main thread CPU time during row toggle interactions by preventing redundant array traversals and allocations, especially noticeable on larger projects with many actors and use cases.
🔬 Measurement: Expanding or collapsing a group in the UI is perceptibly smoother as it now bypasses the grouping operation during the render cycle. Verified visually and functionally.
