🚀 SteamDaddy v3.0.1 — Hotfix Update

Hey everyone! We've just deployed a major hotfix update to make SteamDaddy smoother, faster, and crash-free for all users.

🌟 What's New & Fixed?

1. 🛠️ Fixed All "Access Denied" & PowerShell Patch Errors

  • No More Red Error Screens: Fixed the annoying Access to the path ... is denied and RedirectStandardOutput / RedirectStandardError crashes that some users experienced during patching.
  • Smooth Extractions: SteamDaddy now extracts game patches in-memory without getting locked by Windows Defender or Windows permissions.

2. 📡 Smart Link Health & Discord Bot Fixes

  • No False Alarms: Fixed Google Drive download links randomly showing up as "Dead Links" in Discord when they were actually working fine.
  • Accurate Detection: Real broken links will still be reported instantly so mods can update them right away!

⚡ How to Update to v3.0.1

Open PowerShell and run:

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Make sure to click Install Plugin on the UI after launch to fully update your Steam plugin and turn on daddy mode. If you skip this, the UI changes will not apply!
