Bug Fixes
get_vulnerability now returns clean Markdown remediation content: TeamServer Recommendation
markup in howToFix is now rendered as Markdown, including links, code, paragraphs, and emphasis,
with a scrubbed plain-text fallback. Unmapped or missing Vulnerability types now receive the full
general remediationHint guidance without the type being concatenated onto the final sentence.
list_applications_by_cve no longer claims affected applications were never observed:
TeamServer's CVE endpoint always reports last_seen as zero (TS-42938), so the tool warned that
every affected application "has never been observed running". The false notice and the
always-zero lastSeen field are removed. Use search_applications for an application's
lastSeenAt and search_servers for current server state.
Very large page values no longer overflow the result offset: On page-numbered search tools,
a very large page combined with a small pageSize could wrap the computed offset to a negative
number. The page is now capped at the highest safe value, and the response carries a notice.
Improvements
get_protect_rules documents every Protect rule mode: The tool description listed only
block, monitor, and off. It now lists all eight modes TeamServer returns, BLOCKING,
BLOCK_AT_PERIMETER, MONITORING, MONITOR_BLOCK, OFF, NO_ACTION, PERMIT, and DISABLED,
so agents can explain any mode they receive.
Unexpected tool errors now log their stack trace: When a tool fails with an unexpected error,
the server log now includes the exception cause and stack trace. The response to the agent is
unchanged and still carries no internal detail.
Documentation
README lists every tool in one availability table: The separate hosted and local tool lists
are merged into one table with Hosted and Local columns, grouped by domain. The hosted list now
matches the hosted server, adding search_servers, search_cves, list_cve_issues, and
get_cve_impact, and removing four tools that no longer exist. New sample prompts cover servers,
attacks, and the hosted-only NorthStar tools.
