Matches controlboard.ai server 1.6.0 (see /api/v1/meta). Adds the machine-commands channel: human-queued allowlisted operations (usage.sync, client.update, skill.install, status.report, agent.spawn) with lease-based exactly-once execution; cb commands run / cb listen.
