What's new

• #REQUIRE S3 OVERWRITE / #REQUIRE S3 SKIP modes: The #REQUIRE S3 directive now accepts an optional mode keyword:
  • #REQUIRE S3 OVERWRITE path/to/file — always re-download, overwriting any existing local file
  • #REQUIRE S3 SKIP path/to/file — skip download if file already exists (default behavior, same as omitting the mode)
• Renamed example.sh → example.sbatch
• Config simplified: results/logs S3 paths are now derived from bucket_url
