Minecraft Archipelago (v0.2.0)

Changelog:

Removed debug commands
Added more loot check locations into more loot tables
Fixed issue with loot checks so they now only take up locations when they are right clicked
Added (Gift) to the end of all filler items
Shifted progression and useful items in the APWorld
