Debug Features

As of v0.9 (beta) (this will not work on previous versions) Debug Features are a seperate file that will be released right here to freely download. With each new addition worth adding into this Debug Menu it will be updated.

But what are these debug features anyway?:
They are a collection of somewhat "cheats" for quicker access to some things, this can include free upgrades, free money, resets of values, placeholders, tests, incoming features & etc.
