This release coincides with Thorp et al. (2025) being accepted for publication in ApJ, and preserves the flowfusion codebase as it was on that date. This is the first tagged release of flowfusion, and includes modules for training score-based diffusion models (diffusion.py), flow-matching models (flow.py), and preliminary utilities for training symplectic flows (symplectic.py).
