Process Orchestration System Structural Upgrade & Modernization

Welcome to the POSSUM upgrade of csm-orc!!!

This version mostly focus on evolution and process standardization of the code base.

Why a major version? All deprecated content got removed! No more old commands / templates or other elements. Now csm-orc is focused on the organization process.

A first trial version of a data transfer between steps has been introduced, further user returns on it will allow for more updates (evolutions on that feature may break compatibility between 2.x version until a fully confirmed schema is validated, but we will add upgrade helpers to ensure evolution between versions for a streamlined workflow)
