Solves one of our longest-running and most notorious bugs, #564. Otherwise, pushes a couple emergency patches, but there's still more we would like to do, so a third beta will be necessary.

馃敡 Fixes and improvements

  • Mods will now reliably load on startup properly, with no remaining cases known in which they do not load. (#564)
  • Command palette will now successfully open, resolved by fixing broken ownerGlobal usage (now using windowRoot). (#635)
  • Zen Mods store error no longer appears, and Zen Mods are now installable via Sine again. (#657)
