  • CAMB installation fix (Diogo's patch): after checking out the pinned CAMB
    revision, setup_camb.sh now runs git submodule sync and
    git submodule update --init --recursive, so the forutils submodule matches
    the selected CAMB version before Cocoa's compiler patches are applied.
  • README updated.
