🐛 Fixes
- Fix card top/bottom padding missing for tuning cards where the slider was sticking to the rounded edge. Restored 12dp vertical padding and ensured press highlight covers the padding on first/last rows.
- Fix tuning parameter rows where expanding the slider caused the input box and arrow to shift down. Summary now stays on a single line and only scrolls via marquee when expanded; header row height stays fixed.
🔧 Improvements
- Expanded summaries now show full text via horizontal marquee only while the slider is expanded, matching the Settings page behavior.
- Unified press highlight color and extension logic across number and toggle rows to match the card's rounded corners.

- 修复调优卡片顶部/底部间距丢失、滑块贴边被圆角裁切的问题。恢复 12dp 纵向内边距，并让首/末行按压高亮覆盖到 padding 区域。
🔧 优化
- 修复展开参数行时输入框与箭头随之下移的抖动。标题行高度固定，摘要保持单行；仅在展开状态下超长摘要以跑马灯水平滚动展示，与设置页一致。
- 统一数值行与开关行的按压高亮颜色与延伸逻辑，贴合卡片圆角。
