This release points the latest GitHub source archive at the cleaned public repository structure.
Changes
- Removed process-only files from the public repository, including logo exploration notes, generated brand references, publication audit notes, local release notes, publishing checklists, template placeholders, and empty fixture folders.
- Kept the repository focused on reusable deliverables: bilingual README files, bilingual documentation, five skills, examples, catalog metadata, final visual assets, validation scripts, and GitHub community files.
- Updated documentation and validation rules so the cleaned repository structure has no broken local links or required-file checks for removed process artifacts.

ThoughtCodec v0.1.1 是公开仓库清理版，用于让 GitHub Latest Release 的源码包指向已经清理后的仓库结构。
变更内容
- 删除公开仓库中的过程文件，包括 logo 探索记录、生图参考、发布审计、本地 release notes、发布清单、模板占位文件和空测试占位目录。
- 保留核心交付物：中英双语 README、中英双语文档、5 个 Skill、示例、catalog 元数据、最终视觉资产、校验脚本和 GitHub 社区文件。
- 更新文档与校验规则，确保清理后的仓库结构没有断链，也不会继续要求已删除的过程文件。
