The license is upgraded to LGPL 3, and the user manual is updated and reformated.

Testing is still incomplete.

A macro is added to adjust the roughness function.

Testing has been cursory; I’m waiting for the Object Collection to return online to finalize this release.

A major change was made to highlights and to the ambient parameter. The default highlight is made uniform across POV-Ray versions 3.5 to 3.8.
