Settings File Rework (Should be compatible with older ap generations, but unsure)

• Fix for Gauntlet Mission 1
• Added Blacklist options for biomes, objectives, secondaries, and warnings to YAML
• Fixed some in mod UI bugs
• Added more debugging tools in mod

• Fixed Starter Kit Transfer Issues (When Non Gauntlet) [Thank you Aeon for spotting it]

0.20c

• Fixed Goldrush ! modulo bug when multiple players ran the same Goldrush increment [Thank you Zogay Jones for catching it]

I plan to add more options in this release before its final. This'll be the yaml settings release basically.
